Aloo Paratha Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Atta/Whole wheat flour
  • 2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mango powder / amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 2 tbsp Corainder leaves (chopped)

Steps / Method:
  1. Take a bowl, add whole wheat flour, little salt, ajwain and mix well.
  2. Then add 3 tbsp oil into it and mix well.
  3. Now prepare a dough of it by adding little water into it.
  4. Set aside the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions into it, and fry until the onions are translucent.
  6. Then add the chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  7.  Then add the turmeric powder, mashed potatoes, salt, cumin powder and dry mango powder and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
  8. Then remove the mashed potato mixture from heat and add chopped corainder leaves into it and mix well.
  9. Now divide the dough into equal parts of desired size.
  10. Take one dough ball, and flatten it by using your palms.
  11. Place little aloo stuffing and close it like another ball.
  12. Then roll the stuffed dough with rolling pins.
  13. Heat the pan and put the parathas over it and allow it to cook.
  14. Spread little oil  / butter over it and cook untill golden brown, in medium flame.
  15. Now aloo paratha is ready to serve, serve hot with dahi and chutney.

Pineapple Milk Shake Recipe

Steps & Ingredients Required To Prepare Pineapple Milk Shake



Ingredients:
  • 300 gms Pineapple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups Frozen Milk
  • A pinch of Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 4-5 Ice cubes


Steps / Method:
  1. Put pineapple, 1/2 cup frozen milk and sugar in a blender and blend it finely.
  2. Then add remaining milk, black salt and chat masala into it and whip for some seconds.
  3. Then using a net strain it finely.
  4. Now transfer it into serving glass and put ice over it and serve chilled.

Chicken Afghani Recipe

Steps & Ingredients Required To Prepare Chicken Afghani


Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp roasted onion paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cashewnut paste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds paste
  • Salt to taste 
  • 11/2 tsp Black pepper powder


Steps / Method:
  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Then make a paste with roasted onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, cashewnut paste, fresh cream, poppy seeds paste.
  3. Now marinade the chicken with the above paste.
  4. Then put salt and black pepper powder into it and mix well.
  5. Then refrigerate the chicken for 3-4 hours.
  6. Then pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
  7. Then bake for 15-18 minutes or until tendered.
  8. Brush the butter in every 5 minutes during baking.
  9. We may use a tandoor (charcoal grill) and cook untill chicken are tendered.
  10. Now chicken afghani is ready to serve, serve hot with corainder chutney.



Banana Milk Shake Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 4 cups Milk (chilled)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 drops of Vanila extract


Steps / Method:
  1. Cut the banana into slices.
  2. Then put it in a blender and add 1 cup milk and blend it untill smooth.
  3. Then add remaining milk and sugar into it and whip untill sugar mix well.
  4. Then add vanilla extract into it and mix well.
  5. Then put the banana milk shake into serving glass and serve chilled.




Cheese Corn Balls Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 100 gms Sweet Corns (boiled)
  • 3 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  • 200 gms paneer (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Corainder leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs


Steps / Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl put corn, potatoes, cheese, paneer, maida, corainder leaves, salt, black pepper powder and baking powder and mix well.
  2. Knead the mixture finely, and prepare lemon sized balls of the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.
  4. Then heat enough oil in a pan.
  5. Now dip the balls in milk and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  6. Then deep fry the balls until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.




Chicken Lollipop Recipe






Ingredients:
  • 500 gms Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • A pinch of red Food colour
  • 4 Green Chillies (crushed)
  • 11/2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder

Steps / Method:
  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and drain the eccess water.
  2. Then put chicken in a mixing bowl and marinade with salt, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, pepper powder, green chillies and red food colour, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then add corn flour and maida into it and mix well.
  4. Now heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
  5. Then deep fry the chicken until tendered.
  6. Now chicken lillipop is ready to serve, serve hot with hot garlic sauce.



Methi Thepla Recipe






Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Atta / Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Besan / Bengal gram flour
  • 200 gms fresh Fenugreek leaves / Methi leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Corainder powder
  •  1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 1/2 tsp Hing
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain

Steps / Method :
  1. In a large mixing bowl mix atta and besan.
  2. Then add salt, hing, turmeric powder, cumin powder, corainder powder, ajwain into it and mix well.
  3. Then put 4 tbsp oil into it and mix well.
  4. Now put the chopped methi leaves and mix well.
  5. Then add curd and little water into it and knead it into soft dough.
  6. Then keep aside the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Now grease your palms and divide the dough into equal size balls.
  8. Then flatten the balls and roll it using rolling stick.
  9. Now heat tawa / pan and cook the thepla using little oil.
  10. Cook untill theplas are tendered.
  11. Serve hot with pickles, curd and chutney.




Egg Chicken Roll Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 250 gms All purpose flour/Maida
  • 200 gms boneless Chicken
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Onions(sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 11/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chat masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corrainder leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tsp Mint leaves(chopped)



Steps/Method:
    1. Was the chicken thoroughly in running water.
    2. Then marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice and set aside for 10 minutes.
    3. In the mean time mix maida with 3 tbsp oil, little salt and water to make a dough.
    4. Keep aside the dough for 1 hour.
    5. Now heat 200 ml of oil in  pan and deepfry the marinated chicken untill tendered and keep aside.
    6. Again heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
    7. Then add chilli powder and salt into it and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
    8. Now put the black pepper powder and corrainder leaves and mix well, and remove it from flame.
    9. Then divide the dough into 5 equal parts to make parathas.
    10. Now roll the dough using rolling stick and prepare parathas using few oil.
    11. Then beat an egg add little salt into it and mix well.
    12. Now heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and add the egg mixture, and immediately put thye paratha over it and cook for 1 minute or untill the egg is properly done.
    13. Then  place the chicken mixture in the middle in a straight line manner over the egg paratha.
    14. Then put little, tomato sauce, chilli sauce over it, and sprinkle little chat masala powder and chopped mint leaves over it.
    15. Then roll it out.
    16. Now the egg chicken roll is ready to serve.
    17. Repeat the process with remaining dough.



Pizza Sauce Recipe




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp mashed Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder



Steps / Method :
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Now the pizza sauce is ready to be applied on the pizza base.

Pizza Dough Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 2 cups All purpose flour / Maida
  • 15 gms Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil


Steps / Method :
  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, and put sugar into it and wait for 10 minutes or untill creamy.
  2. Now combine flour, salt and 2 tbsp olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Then put the yeast solution into it and knead well until a stiff dough is formed.
  4. Now cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  5. In the mean time the size of the dough increases to its double.
  6. Then sprinkle some flour in a plate and roll the dough in it and divide it into equal parts for rolling.
  7. Now roll the dough to 1/2 inch thick and 10 inch diameter.
  8. Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
  9. Then brush the dough with olive oil and make small hole using knife as shown in the photo.
  10. And bake it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, remove the dough before the colour changes.
  11. Now the pizza base is ready to prepare pizza



Gobi Manchurian Recipe







Ingredients:

  • 1 Cauliflower(divided into florest)
  • 2 Onions(chopped)
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 Capsicum / Bell pepper(thinly sliced)
  • 2 tsp Chilli vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Chineese cabbage(chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corainder leaves(chopped)



Steps / Method :
  1. Wash the cauliflower in water and drain thoroughly.
  2. Then marinade it with maida, 2 tbsp corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until tendered and remove from oil.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and put 1 tbsp ginger paste, minced garlic and chopped onions into it and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Then add the thinly sliced capsicum / bell pepper, chineese cabbage and chilli vinegar into it and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Then add 2 cups of water and little salt into it and bring it to boil.
  7. Now dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add into it.
  8. Then put the fried gobi, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Then remove the dish from flame and add chopped corainder leaves .
  10. Now gobi manchurian is ready to serve, serve hot with fried rice, noodles and parathas.
