PANEER FRIED RICE

                                                                  Paneer fried rice




INGREDIENTS:

  • one bowl boiled Rice
  • 250 gm Paneer cubes
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp chopped Garlic
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1 cup Chopped french beans
  • 2 Large capcicum chopped
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Black peeper powder
  • salt to taste
  • A pinch of ajinamotto
  • 1 cup Onion rings



METHOD:

  1. Add 2 tsp of oil in a hot pan , then add paneer cubes.
  2. Then add little salt into it , and fry till golden brown.
  3. Then take 2 tsp of butter and fry the chopped carrot , french beans and capcicum.
  4. Fry till the chopped vegetables are done.
  5. Again put 2 tsp of butter into tha pan then put chopped garlic.
  6. Then add the paneer cubes and fried vegetables into it.
  7. Now add soya sauce , ajinamotto and salt into it.
  8. Toss the mixture for 5 min so that the flavours of garlic should enter inside the paneer cubes and vegetables.
  9. Then add black peeper powder into it.
  10. Finally aad the boiled rice and fry for 5 min in low flame.
  11. Then add the onion rings into the rice and switch off the flame, now the paneer  fried rice is ready.

Delicious !!! - Kesar - E - Rasmalai

INGREDIENTS:
  • 10nos Rosogollah
  • 2 Litres milk
  • Saffron few strands
  • 50 gm Sugar
  • 30 gm of Roasted almonds
  • 100 gm of Khoya
METHOD:
  1. Soak the rosogollah in the hot water to make it soft and fresh.
  2. Now boil the milk for 15 min.
  3. Then add rosogollah and sugar into it.
  4. Then stir it slowly by adding saffron into it.
  5. When the milk gets tick then add khoya into it.
  6. Now remove the kesar rasmalai from the flame.
  7. Then refrigerate the rasmali's for 1hr.
  8. After 1hr add the roasted almond into it and serve the delicious kesar rasmalai.

Recipe On - Malai Palak Corn

                                                     Yummy !!! - Malai Palak Corn


 INGREDIENTS:
  • 1cup sweet corn (boiled)
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3 medium bunch of spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 medium sized chopped onions
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur powder)
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD FOR PREPARING MALAI PALAK CORN:
  1. Wash and clean spinach leaves thoroughly then blend the palak and make a puree.
  2. Heat the boiled corn in a cup of water.
  3. Heat butter in in a pan , add chopped onion and cook untill golden brown.
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 min.
  5. Then add chopped green chillies.
  6. Then add corn, palak puree, salt and amchur powder into the mixture.
  7. Cook it for 3 min.
  8. Add fresh cream and simmer the flame.
  9. Take out from heat add lemon juice.
  10. Then sprinkle kasuri methi.
  11. Mix it well and serve hot

Paneer Tikka Recipe


Delicious !!! - Paneer Tikka's 

  INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 gm of paneer
  • One onion
  • One capsicum
  • One tomato
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp roasted onion paste
  • 2 tsp chat masala
  • 4 tsp curd
  • 50gm butter
  • 2 tsp mustard oil
  • Red chilly powder
  • Salt to taste

METHOD FOR PREPARING PANEER TIKKA:


  1. Cut paneer into pices of width 2 cm.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
  3. Heat the pan add mustard oil 2tsp.
  4. Add roasted onion paste then add ginger and garlic paste in it.
  5. Fry the mixture paste till oil separate from it.
  6. Then add 4 tsp of curd and salt to taste into the mixture.
  7. Then marinade paneer and vegetables with the mixture.
  8. Keep the marinade paneer and vegetables in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.
  9. Then arrange vegetables and paneer into the stick.
  10. Then roast it in the microwave oven or in the grill pan for 5 min.
  11. Then add chilly powder and butter into the half cooked tikkas.
  12. Again roast for about 7 min. now your paneer tikka is ready to serve.
